Job Description : Location- Indore Client-Leading Company into Dairy Business Education- MBA-Marketing / Equivalent PG/ Masters Degree Experience- 8 to 12 with experience in FMCG, Beverages, Food Processing Industries (Preferably from the dairy industry) Salary-Rs 40-45 lakh Fixed + Variable pay + Participation in a highly lucrative ESOP plan Preferred Age-32 to 40 years KRA/ Competencies- Take overall responsibility of Sales & Marketing, Distribution and Channel Management in central India Sound knowledge of Sales and Distribution processes, including e-commerce Benchmark the current sales processes of the company with industry best practices and reform them to achieve optimal outcomes Enhancing overall target orientation and focus of the sales team in delivering results. Strategize, plan and execute marketing plans effectively to gain market share. Lead the strategy and execution of the value-added product portfolio which should aim to be at 25-40% of overall business in 2+ years Candidate should have leadership qualities to take higher responsibilities in future & can grow in a few years’ time into the COO role. The person should have handled some good brands during his career, in order to have picked up knowledge of product design/costing/margins as well as marketing communication/PR, that would make the fit better Looking for someone with a desire to make a mark, build a business, and elevate business to 2-3x levels soon – operating in a startup mode Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing demands Person must have good IT skills with more than working knowledge of ERP software, Excel, PPT, data analysis, etc. Ability to glean insights from data, data-based decision making, sound commercial acumen - in order to guide his team members well Passion for working with a business with a noble purpose.
