Job Description : Business Head- Nutrition Products Client-Leading FMCG Company Job Location- Noida ( DELHI NCR) Education- MBA-Sales / Marketing from good Institution. Experience- 20+ Years of experience in FMCG sector/Oil etc. CTC- 35-40 Lakh p.a. Job Purpose- To oversee the Nutrition Products Sales Business at PAN India Level To achieve the business revenue targets. Job Description- - End to end responsibility for the business. - Strategic vision for the business. - Innovation and creativity to expand brand to drive growth in topline and bottom line. - Developing strategy to retain and enhance sales for all the products and achieve the desired targets of revenue. - Prepare annual budget in line with the overall business objectives and ensure adherence to the same. - Drive efficiency in processes by identification of cost-effective channels for effective brand-related publicity and advertisement. - Develop strategies to ensure Retail distribution increases. - Provide guidance in establishing and deploying service level agreements with Distributors/SS. - Ensure a high level of brand recall in each product segment. - Assess current customer relationship processes and upgrade the same. - Develop and implement processes to capture market information and change customer preferences, analyzing them and highlighting key trends and their impact on Nutrition Products – General Trade. - Work in close coordination with internal stake holders and ensure smooth functioning of Nutrition division. - Develop a detailed corporate brand strategy for Nutrition range - Identify critical skill sets required to achieve current and future business objectives - Retain and engage the talent employed and build a collaborative and high-performance team.
