The Finance Director is driving the transition to a data-driven business control organisation. To this end, she/he uses the right tools and systems and knows how to set them up as efficiently as possible. The Finance Director translates Orange Cyberdefense's ambitions into specific financial objectives and manages the business accordingly. The Finance Director identifies opportunities for improvement, points out possible risks, indicates which tools and processes should be used and then ensures these are implemented in the organization. The Finance Director leads the finance team (7 colleagues). Together with the team, the Finance Director is also responsible for the day-to-day financial administration: financial statements, auditing, annual reports and others – of Orange Cyberdefense Netherlands. Due to the various internal and external financial flows, the Director Finance's scope is not only interesting, but also complex. She/he manages financial planning, controlling and reporting and is an advisor to stakeholders. The Finance Director works closely with the Orange Group and international Finance Directors to create mutual synergy and coordinate reporting. The Finance Director is part of the Dutch Management Team and reports directly to Mark Jenster, General Manager Orange Cyberdefense Netherlands. Relevant Masters degree 10+ years of experience in Finance, preferably in IT; Managerial experience in a corporate environment You are strategic, data driven and you have excellent analytical skills as well as communication skills in English
