Job Description : BRANCH SALES MANAGER EAST AFRICA FOR FMCG Responsible for overall profitable operations of the Branch, Sales & Distribution. · Should initiate automating the Sales Processes using the state of the art IT technology in sales orders and deliveries within the area covered by the Branch · · Responsible for training the team in the implementation of automation processes and ensure 100% compliance of the same. · Responsible for seamless connection of the Sales Automation IT systems with the organisation's MIS needs · Innovate new ways of improving the depth and width of distribution using automation tools. · Formulate ways of capturing retail off take of products and competitor performance using technology. · Initiate and run Marketing Campaigns, Materials across all the markets covered by the Branch · Train and Nurture local talent to take up senior positions · Ensure the operational and financial discipline is as per the set processes and expectation of the organisation Required Candidate profile 11+ years experience in Sales & Marketing / Sales & Distribution with a FMCG /Food /Cosmetic/ Personal Care company. Additional Requirement : Exposure of Automation Processes & Sales Automation
