Job Description : Vice President Business Development- India & Global - EPC (Utility-scale Solar, Transmission & Distribution) Reporting to: COO EPC Division Qualification: B. Tech (Electrical/ Electronics) or B.COM; MBA(Marketing) – Preferred Salary range: upto 1 Cr. Work Experience & Skills § Minimum 15-20 years of the experience in business development. Minimum 8 years of work experience with individual sale record of over 600MW utility scale solar power plants in India and international geographies. Require Global experience, spanning ASEAN, Americas S. Africa, Middle East & Europe. Superior Organization & Execution § Complete understanding of Solar power plants EPC and its nuances. Must have handled the entire project cycle from initiation to contract effectiveness, including commercial finalization § In-depth understanding of active private developer, PSU & OA sectors of international solar industry § Pre-existing network with key stakeholders of major project development companies in the solar industry. § Capability to analyze & prepare project budgets plan, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals. § Developing sales opportunities and plans by understanding consumer requirements & identifying market trends & PPA winners. § Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft MIS reports. § Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks and advertising.
