Job Description : REGIONAL SALES MANAGER TYRES PAN AFRICA OUT OF UAE We are looking for a high energy, results-driven tire sales manager to work in Dubai and support the Commercial Department by actively seeking out and engaging corporate customers in African countries in order to increase the sales of our tires. MatraX tyres is rapidly becoming popular in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. MatraX Tyres is a Portuguese tire company with a global presence. It was founded by the Alves Bandeira Group, known as one of the biggest business groups currently operating in Portugal with a vast tradition of over 50 years. Manufacturing high-quality tires for sports cars, SUVs, 4x4, UHP and PCR lines, the MatraX tire compound is designed to suit every need. · Responsible for Sales in Africa Territory. · High motivation to manage your own territory and grow the business. · Analyze the territory/ market’s potential and give recommendations. · Manage existing customers, with key responsibility of generating new business. · Understand the activity, business and needs of customers, provide sound information and advice on product line. · Carry out negotiations with customers, preparing quotations and proposals and agree on all operational requirements (including: price, contract, payment terms and services). · Good working knowledge of the customer’s operations, general trading terms, sales processes and documentation. · Maximize customer satisfaction. · Experience in sales and marketing of tire products. · Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. · Strong analytical skills. · Positive energy with a drive for success. · Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals. · Professional sales appearance, presentation, and behavior. · Organized and methodical. · Expert level sales experience within the tire sector. · Excellent written and verbal skills in English. · Ability to work independently and under pressure. · Back-office and billing systems, database management and Microsoft Office programs. · Willing to relocate and work in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. · Available to travel in the designated territories.
