Finance Controller

Job Description : FINANCIAL CONTROLLER KENYA for auto KENYA The Financial Controller will oversee the entire accounting function including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and cost accounting. He/she will be tasked with preparing, maintaining analysing, verifying and reconciling, financial transactions, statements, records and reports. The role will be responsible for the implementation of internal controls as well as international accounting and reporting standards Key Result Areas (KRA’s):  Maintain the general ledger in accordance with the IFRS for all transactions.  Direct and supervise costing transactions.  Responsible for the management of accounts payables and accounts receivables.  Review, verify and approve all payment vouchers and journal entries.  Payroll management and review. QUALIFICATIONS & QUALITIES  Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business/Finance/Economics  Accounting qualification; CPA, ACCA/CIMA  At least six years’ relevant experience in financial accounting/audit, two of which must be in supervisory role.
