Job Description : STORE DIRECTOR GHANA Store Director to join a furniture business in Ghana. About the Role: This role will be based in Ghana, and you would be responsible for managing multiple stores. The successful Store Director, will manage day-to-day retail operations, analyse store budgets, and maintain inventory to keep stores well-stocked · Manage day-to-day retail operations · Analyse store budgets · Maintain inventory to keep stores well-stocked · Manage multiple stores · Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and analysing variances · Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers to understand service requirements. · Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts · Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans · Experience in managing multiple furniture stores · Understand the retail path in Ghana · Strong customer service skills · Superior management skills · Ability to adapt to different customers · Great written and verbal communication skills · Natural talent for motivating and developing teams
