Job Description : OPERATIONS MANAGER DUBAI Luxury Retail house looking to hire an Operations Manager, reporting to the General Manager. Key requirements: * 8+ years of experience in operations with a Luxury Retail background. * Innovative and committed, with a strong knowledge of trends, project management skills and customer understanding in the GCC market. * Arabic and French speakers are a plus. * Ability and flexibility to travel within the GCC. Managing store operations, handling client after-care and retail project management. Build and maintain Client/Retailer partnerships while managing ongoing client goals and KPI objectives. Driving strategy and operations to ensure the right level of support to achieve the sales growth. Relationship management and collaboration with multiple regional and HQ teams.
