Job Description : FINANCE HEAD MALAYSIA You will act as the business partner for one of the business by delivering reliable management information, analysis and provide decision-making support. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of financial professionals to ensure financial planning and analysis are conducted credibly and that recommendations and reports are accurate and timely Contribute to the development of financial strategies for a division or operating unit that align with the organisation's overall vision and its current and long-term business objectives Respond to complex, escalated enquiries; ensure the work of others including the financial planning and analysis projects, feasibility studies are conducted credibly and that recommendations and reports are accurate and timely Analyse more complex data and prepare more complex forecasts, reports, and recommendations timely so that the leadership team has accurate and timely information for making decisions Establish and coordinate the budgeting systems and procedures; compile, monitor, prepare and analyse a consolidated annual budget plan as well as forecast plan; and monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, identify and analyse variations MBA or with finance qualifications 12 - 15 years of finance business partnering experience and comfortable managing senior stakeholders, ideally in retail/FMCG Sharp business acumen, customer-centric, has a shared team focus and logical thinking Adaptable and able to challenge the status quo
