QHSE Manager

We are working exclusively with a market-leading Fresh Dairy / Juice manufacturer who are looking for a QHSE Manager to join their team based in KSA. As the QHSE Manager, you will lead the development of the Quality and HSE strategy for the organization. You will be challenged to manage and improve the working relationships with the government regulatory authorities, and you will be empowered to design, implement and manage the compliance system to internal, local and international standards and be the subject matter expert, where required, in relevant projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Lead the development of site quality and process capability on site · Ensuring that WCM practices are adopted and rolled out through the site · Introduce Quality First Culture with clearly defined objectives and KPI reporting · Lead the development of site quality and process capability on site · Ensure that WCM practices are adopted and rolled out through the site · Introduce Quality First Culture with clearly defined objectives and KPI reporting · Recommend improvements to existing QA/QC policies and procedures and direct the implementation of instructions and controls covering the respective plant so that all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service · Ensure all relevant safety, and environmental policies procedures and controls are adhered to so that employee safety, legislative compliance · Develop the site safety procedures in line with international standards as well as KORE requirements · Ensures all manufacturing related areas adhere to health standards and regulations, report and analyse all diseases within the company identifying causes and actions to be undertaken · Manages internal audits against FSMS standards in each area · Oversees quality / food safety documentations are up to date as per legal / company requirements · Manage Housekeeping function within Factory to ensure all GHK, GMP, 5S standards are met and site hygiene and cleanness is up to international standard · Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of QA/QC unit systems, processes and practices taking into account international best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement KEY INGREDIENTS · BSc. Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Dairy Technology or any Science-related courses (preferably Food Science) · Minimum of 8 years FMCG Fresh Dairy / Juice manufacturing experience (NCBs and CSDs) with supervisory experience · Experienced HACCP team leader · Exposure to World Class Manufacturing and Continuous improvement and 5 S initiatives · Thorough knowledge regarding the Manufacturing Process (NCBs and CSDs) and Quality Systems implementation · Up to date on QHSE regulatory requirements and specifications across the GCC Region · In-depth knowledge related to process equipment technical specifications · Technical expertise in preform and closure manufacturing · Proven track record of QHSE operational and strategic execution/implementation.
