Job Description : COO Hanoi, Vietnam 15-20 yrs work exp Client will sponsor Visa INR 50-65 Lacs (paid in Dong) + Accommodation + Car with driver + Bonus Educational Qualification: Textile Engineer Or any other engineering graduate with 15+ yrs experience in Yarn manufacturing unit 5+ yrs as plant head experience is must Client: Manufacture Various types of yarns & Sewing threads Will report to CEO & Board or Directors The role will have P&L responsibility. You need to have Techno-Commercial ability to manage two yarn & dyeing plants. You will have excellent business acumen to manage operations of two plants which includes Production, Strategic planning, SCM (procurement of Raw material to distribution of FG), Work force management (HR exposure) COO Responsibilities: · Responsible for management, performance, development and continuous improvement of the manufacturing unit and supply chain infrastructure to ensure availability of product as per market requirement and customer satisfaction. · Collaborate with business in order to analyze actual and future needs · Define and monitor efficiency, effectiveness and success of the operations activities using adequate controlling tools · Design and implement initiatives for improving quality and reliability. · Cost Management- Ensure effective cost Management to minimize variable cost and fixed cost, under the situation and maintain financial discipline. Plan for benchmark improvements · Management- Direct / guide & ensure effective management of people to ensure enhancement of leadership skills & development of motivated and performance-oriented workforce. · Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Management. Ensure effective implementation & management of environment, health and safety measures in compliance with Govt. policies & legislation to achieve zero accidents and pollution free environment. Audit and Legal Compliance- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements related to all aspects of plant activities · Report operations specific KPI’s to higher management and develop monetary, quality and structural targets to be achieved within a defined period. Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance. · Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company. · Understand the importance of lean manufacturing and cost optimization through constantly working at improving operational efficiency and maintain low wastage.
