Financial Controller

Job Description : FC SENEGAL Finance & Accounts * Finalization of Accounts, Preparing Balance Sheet & P & L A/c. * MIS & Financials performance analysis * Periodic Cash flow / Fund Flow Projections * Recording of Revenue, COGS & Trade related Cost * Complete Control over all Day-to-Day Accounting transactions, * Periodic closure of Books of Accounts. * Reconciliation with CTRM & ETRM platforms * Reconciliation of` Total Trade P&L with Financial & Physical Trades * Managing smooth flow of funds to meet Co.’s day to day WC requirements. * Inter Company/ Group Company / Bank Reconciliation. * Studying / Assuring adherence to Group policy * Playing strategic role towards Trade Structuring / Return Maximization * External / Internal Audit * Entity Controller for UAE entities * Budget preparation & presentation * Ensuring timely settlement of non-Trade related cost Banking & Trade Finance * Control over Trade Documentation, LC, TR, BG, Back to Bank, Bill avalisation. * Dealing in Multi Currency, Hedging/Forex Deals/Forward Contracts * Fund Management for timely settlement of Banking / Creditors dues * Working out various options of increasing Working Capital with available Limits * Efficient management of WC Cycle to enhance Margins. * Ensuring efficient utilization of available Bank credit lines
