Job Description : AUTO PLANT MANAGER MEXICO 15-20 years experience Open to all nationalities especially outside the country Responsible to maintain a culluie of teamwork, showing leadership and talent to produce results to our customers, shareholders, and stake holders. Promote and develop continuous improvement, procedures, training, and the enthusiasm of our personnel, under the culture of execution and excellence. Plan, organize, manage, and control plant level activities to achieve the safety, quality, and financers objectives. Qualifications/ Requeriments: • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or related field. • Injection plastic and/or EPDM process knowledge. • Finance and plant knowledge. • Personnel management. • Labor and environmental regulations knowledge. • Execution and achievement of managerial objectives. Mandatory English, Spanish speakers a big plus
