Job Description : SALES MANAGER BUILDING MATERIALS MALAWI Spearheading end-to-end Sales activities for the Roofing Sheets; developing and maintaining a relationship with key decision-makers via Distributors/Channel Partners directly. Achieving sales targets through market mapping, lead generation, maintaining robust channel sales as well as servicing existing customers. Conceptualizing & implementing competitive strategies for generating sales, developing, and expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue and profitability targets. Steering business planning and performance management of distributors, including development and execution of joint sales plans. Showcasing excellence in conducting strategies to acquire new customers locally or globally to enhance organizational profitability. Candidate Profile: Qualification: Degree in Engineering OR MBA from a premier institute. Experience: 10 years of experience in the Steel/ Building Material (Corrugated Roof Sheet) industry. The candidate should be able to handle the Distribution of new work and dealer network.
