Job Description : MD AUSTRALIA IT co. operating in India, US, Canada & expanding across the globe. • Spearhead ops & grow the business and team for the Australian market • This role could be located in either Sydney or Melbourne As the Australian Managing Director, you will be key in our expansion plans as we venture into the Australian market, spearheading the operation and growing the business & team. Although we already serve clients in Australia it is time for us to mark our presence physically and co-create solutions! Our clients include Fortune 500 companies and prestigious federal government & city councils in the US & Canada. We collaborate with our employees & clients to achieve their goals through a unique partnership that values trust, honesty, integrity and performance with mutual respect. We are present in India, US, and Canada and expanding rapidly across the globe. In order to be successful in this role you will need to: • Have an entrepreneurial mind-set and be comfortable taking acceptable risks. • Be competent in talking technology and handling business conversations with clients. • Have strong business development skill and the ability to build client relationships. • Capitalise on our unique culture to engage our talented people and attract other great people into our business. • Identify trends in the market and opportunities to expand our services and geographic footprint to support the growth of our clients. • Take responsibility for all aspects of the business including profit, revenue and quality targets. Show a proven ability to recruit, develop and manage a successful professional team. • Have a growth mindset and execute strategies to attract and develop market experts at scale. • Amplify our brand with both clients and industry talent. Lead and innovate with marketing You will have experience in a progressive operational leadership role establishing business goals and strategies in an ICT environment, have excellent business acumen, and a growth mindset. You will bring strong leadership skills with a proven record of managing people and influencing progress. A proven track record working with different regional offices/divisions and guiding businesses through different growth phases would be beneficial.
