Project and Engineering Manager

Job Description : Project & Engineering Manager is required for BEVERAGE CO NIGERIA Compensation – USD 100K PA The incumbent should be B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with around 18 to 20 years of experience in Green Field & Brown Field Projects, Budgeting , Costing and Engineering Management in a Beverages Company. Bottling line experience is must. Job profile -: o Coordinate with contractors / vendors for work progress at site, review the progress with respect to planned cost, quality and time schedule, provide support in resolving their problems. o Periodic review with multi-contractors & ensure co-ordination of all for overall project implementation. o Provide assistance to Project team for Overall Project management & execution. o Review work procedures for compliance with quality systems and statutory requirements to ensure adherence to commitments and achieve planned performance parameters. o Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. o Identify new Vendors and new Technologies o Vendor’s site/ factory visits, review performance of Old and New Vendors o Prepare Budget estimates for new proposals & ensure project works completion within allocated Budgets. o Work out cost saving/ optimization opportunities and implementation. o Driving process improvement / automation practices in Electrical & Instrumentation areas o Adherence to Project Plan – Timelines, Cost, Quality
