Job Description : SENIOR SALES DIRECTOR UAE This opportunity is with a leading organization in Dubai. Salary: AED 45,000 – 50,000 + Benefits Senior Director - Sales will direct, coordinate, and oversee P&L management, Marketing and Finance activities in the organization. Ensuring vision and goals are achieved at all times, and implementation of efficient operations with cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization. • Defining and delivering annual sales objectives that are consistent with the company’s goals. Managing and motivating a sales team by implementing professional management practices and ensuring adherence to the company’s policies and procedures. • Provide management with regular business forecasts, customer and market trends, and changes in activities such that appropriate financial and operational decisions can be made. • Engaging regularly with Vendor and key members of vendor team, build rapport to drive current business and future business with geo expansion. • Identifying opportunities of develop new products, brands & key accounts that will form the platform to drive the company’s growth. • Identifies, recommends and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials. • Reviews and approves cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for sales, operations and projects. • Presents periodic performance reports and metrics to the chief executive officer and other leadership team. • Working with Financial management to ensure that vendor, supplier contracts are secured on an agreed and profitable basis. • Fluency in English and Arabic is critical as this role must be able to interact regionally and globally. • 15 to 20 years of experience in industrial automation, data communication, and Telecommunication, Networking & ELV. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or another industry-related field • P&L responsibility, Business Development, People Management, and Vendor relationships.
