Job Description : Director APAC Procurement & Global Direct Spends Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Education: B.Tech/B.E in Chemical with MBA/PG is mandatory Industry Exposure: Must have worked for Chemicals/Paints companies Offer CTC: 70 to 90 LPA · 15 to 20 years of international multi-unit procurement experience in Chemicals/Paints industry is a must across the global locations. · Significant senior leadership experience (e.g. multi-year business leadership - Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing) · People management in international environment · Results oriented. Analytically strong, strong integrative team player involving interfaces to several business units The candidate will be responsible for global direct spend and the APAC purchasing team. Will be required to apply both sourcing knowledge and the procurement processes such as Savings generation, Cash flow, Reliability, Supplier "Risk and Sustainability", innovation, best cost understanding, OTIF performance, Talent management and compliance. Will be contributing to the strategic development of co.s Purchasing and leading the Direct Procurement organization (mid- and long-term perspective, capability building, maturity level, etc.)
