Job Description : Director - Pharma Business Location - East Africa Age Group - 40+ ? 48 yrs The person should be Post Graduate / Graduate in Pharmacy or Science with minimum 15 to 20 years' experience in Pharma business out of which at least 5 yrs should be in a senior position. A management degree will be preferred. The person will be heading the various verticals/ functions like Production Mgt, Resource Mgt, Budgeting & cost control, Project Mgt, Compliance, etc. Should have the ability to strategize operations, execute business plan with budget and in accordance with company's mission & vision. Travelling to Audit locations. Excellent technical, commercial, and administrative skills with leadership experience. This position reports to The Managing Director The person should have sound technical understanding of Pharma fundamentals. Proficient in English communication & MS Office.
