Job Description : HOD E & I NIGERIA FOR POWER PLANT 20+ years experience · Bachelor's Degree in Electrical engineering with Minimum 12+ Years' Experience in E&I Maintenance department of Power Plants with capacity of 25 MW & above. · Sound knowledge on Plant Electrical & Instrumentation systems and leadership skills. · Develop PM schedule for Power Plant E&I equipment and ensure its implementation. · Taking prompt repairs & breakdown maintenance of E&I equipment. · Identifying the spares and ensuring they are available readily for E&I equipment. · Planning and Execution of major overhauls and inspections in line with OEM recommendations · Preparation of Standard Maintenance Practices and implementation for Plant E&I systems. · Developing management programs meeting objectives for his areas. · Responsible for ensuring compliance to applicable Legal and statutory requirements. · Budget preparation for Plant Electrical systems maintenance in line with Annual Operating Plan. · Ensures implementation of Corrective and Preventive actions and tracking of non-conformities · Mobilization of resources for carrying out the maintenance · Impart inter departmental training. · Inculcate safe working practices among the team to attain the plant safety Goals. · Co-ordination with operations and other departments to achieve Department objectives Desired Candidate Profile 1. Sound knowledge on Thermal Power Plant E&I systems and leadership skills. 2. Working Experience in CFBC Boilers & Turbine Electrical oriented Maintenance 3. Develop PM schedule for Power Plant E&I equipment and ensure its implementation. 4. Taking prompt repairs & breakdown maintenance of E&I equipment. 5.
