Human Resources Head

Job Description : HEAD HR DRC • Heading the HR function of the entire Group of Companies and assisting the CEO. • Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management. • Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention • Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, HR budgets and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs. • At least 10 years experience in senior HR functions • FMCG/Agro/Food industry experience is beneficial • French or Swahili language knowledge is beneficial • At least five years Africa experience is beneficial • Total compensation -100,000$/annum
