General Manager Plant

Job Description : PLANT GM SINGAPORE Well established manufacturer with over 2 billion revenue is recruiting for an experienced Plant GM to be based in Singapore. The Plant GM will be overseeing all departments including R&D, Engineering, Production, Quality, EHS, Supply Chain, Finance and HR. This role will include driving productivity, optimisation and increasing customer satisfaction during the end to end delivery to them. The Plant GM will be developing and implementing strategy & initiatives to align with the business objectives and a strong people leader in coaching/developing the key leaders under this role. · Bachelor/Masters Degree in an Engineering discipline · At least 15 years experience with plant/manufacturing site management experience · Knowledge in electronics or mechatronics products
