Country Manager 
20 yearsJob Description : Country Manager Location - Burkina Faso, West Africa Duties & Responsibilities: · Provide strategic vision and direction for overall program design, implementation, and proposal development; work closely with the country team to accomplish the strategic goals · Coordinate overall country budget; manage budget within approved spending levels and establish an annual cash flow plan to ensure a steady and adequate supply of funds for program activities. · Identify opportunities and expand our trading network by acquisition and retention. · Build and maintain operational structures that ensure proper segregation of duties between finance, administration and logistics. · Build a highly effective Country Management Team, recruiting, supervising, mentoring, and evaluating staff, and engaging in frequent performance conversations with team members. · Uphold a culture of integrity through ethical decision-making, safeguarding and compliance with the Code of Conduct. · Encourage a team culture of growth, learning, creativity and innovation by incorporating a culture of continuous feedback, development and performance management. · Manage security and safety of the entire country team and Organization’s assets according to best practices, standards and field realities Skills Requirements: . Previous experience in West Africa in Trading - Automobile, Electronics or FMCG sector is preferred. · Experience in consulting, Sales & Marketing, operations management. · Strong Analytical thinker, data driven, decision taken on sound business judgement · Stellar networking skills with ability to grow and drive business · Entrepreneurial DNA with attitude to take challenges · Demonstrated experience and skills in leadership and people management Qualifications : Masters Degree in Sales & Marketing or any relevant field. Experience: 20+ years
