Job Description : PRODUCTION ENGINEER MALAYSIA 10+ years experience Roles and Responsibilities :Production Engineer will be responsible for supervising the compound mixing and extrusion activities of the company . Should be able to handle the manpower and ensure the production targets are met. Will be responsible to ensure the Compound mixing and extrusion activities as per the production planning and maintain the production efficiency. Work for the continuous improvement of the process and plant. Ensure the process parameters are maintained as per the operating standards. Desired Candidate Profile :B.Tech (Chemical Engineering pr Polymer Science/Rubber Technology) with minimum 10 years experience in Plastic, Rubber or latex industries . Should have working experience in the Compounding mixing and processing of rubber/Latex.
