Job Description : Supply Chain Manager– Polymers, Middle East - Global Leader in Polymers Industry – Primary Producers Products - Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia - Expatriate Posting Reference No. #970 industry leader in the polymers industry that provide products and services to the polymer resin producer and downstream conversion market with facilities in Canada, USA and Saudi Arabia and sales offices in Mexico, Brazil, the UK and Greece. The facility in Jubail, Saudi Arabia is a newly launched large-scale polymer compounding, masterbatch and additive pre-blend facility. Our client now seeks to appoint a Supply Chain Manager to their Saudi operations to provide the following: - Oversight and management of all supply chain and logistics operations to maximize efficiency and minimize cost of the firm’s supply chain needs. - Strategic and tactical purchasing of packaging and locally produced raw materials, planning requirements, scheduling, inventory control of raw materials and finished goods, warehousing, shipping and receiving. - Monitor productivity, quality and efficiency of the supply chain process. Plan and manage domestic and international logistics and transportation. - Manage and monitor vendor's qualification and performance to ensure they meet company requirements. - Performance management of the team and ensure milestones are met to approved budgets.
