Job Description : Senior Human Resources Manager (Expat/Local) Singapore Position Id 3615 a 5* International Hotel Chain with HQ based in Singapore. This role will be reporting directly to the Head of Group Finance & Corporate Affairs. For this position, both Expats and Singapore Nationals are being considered. Profile • Excellent English both spoken and written • Degree in Human Resources Management or related field of study • Familiar with organization structure, HR policies & procedures, talent base management, succession planning, performance review cycle, reward & recognition, culture building, talent risk and opportunities. • Extensive experience in Human Resources • Experience working in the same or similar position • High integrity, team player, competent, professional • Good people and communication skills • Strategic mind-set • Think out of the box • Mature with positive behavior as a role model • Strong organization skills, problem-solving skills, innovative and result oriented • Creative, dynamic, and innovative • Very strong and effective planning and time management skills • Able to work efficiently under pressure and fast response • Self-motivation and drive for success • Energetic, hands-on, flexible, motivated • Positive attitude • Independent and team player at the same time
