Job Description : GM VIETNAM FOR EXPATS ONLY 5* all-inclusive beachfront Resort with 500+ units including a large amount of villas and large F&B operation in Vietnam. Please note that this position is available for Expats only. Profile • Candidate should currently be at GM level • Large operation experience, minimum of 400 units and up • Experience in all-inclusive resorts • Strong luxury foundation in internationally branded properties • Fluent in English both written and spoken • Thorough knowledge of hotel's operating policies & standards • Excellent people skills and strong motivator • Computer literate • Dynamic, innovative and passionate about training • Energetic, hands-on and motivated • Well presented, sociable • Proven business / financial results • Outgoing pleasant personality • Guest focused and engaging, passionate about service • Possesses a positive attitude and displays confidence • Able to set example of positive values of integrity, accountability, reliability and work as a team • Attention to details and guest satisfaction enhancements • Passion for training and developing the mindset and skills • Actively involved in ensuring excellent guest experience and innovative in revenue generating efforts • Able to drive results and effectively manage stakeholders across various levels • Decisive and timely decision making • Passion for service excellence • Creative thinker, independent, organized • Quality orientated • Excellent people skills and strong motivator • Good in owner relations • Strong in cost control, also budgeting and P&L management • Flexible and adaptive to rapidly changing priorities and work demands • Must be able to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions • Proactive and attention to detail
