Job Description : Sr. Manager -NPD ( Design & Development) - Hosur A Leading Group in Auto Components Mfg Role & Responsibilities- 1. Independent design & development of Parts, Tooling, costing of Sheetmetal Parts / heavy fabrication activity with standard procedures 2. Hands on experience to work with design software's like Pro-e/Catia/Solid Edge 3. Good exposure to Welding of sheet metal & heavy fabrication (With TUBES) 4. Knowledge of using standards-Relevant national & international like BIS/SAE/ASME/ASTM 5. Sound expertise of material science/ Metallurgy 6. Weld engineering expertise 7. Reverse engineering knowledge 8. Tooling concepts for sheet metal & heavy fabrication ALONG WITH DIES & PUNCHES. 9. Robotics tooling's exposure 10 .Knowledge of ISO & IATF standards to design 11. Knowledge of using M M D 12. Machinery knowledge with tools 13. NDT& DT Knowledge with application of standard 14. R F Q - PREPARATION with justification. Candidate- BE/DME with around 15-20 years of experience in Auto components industries i.e. Sheet Metal & Fabrication . Candidates having experience in NPD of Two Wheeler frames, Muffler etc will be preffered.
