Job Description : Plant Quality - MALAYSIA A Leading Group in Auto Sector (Plastic Components Manufacturing) Role & Responsibilities- * Responsible for overall Quality function (QA+QC) for Plastic components in Auto sector. * Responsible for Preparation of PPAP documents of Level 5 as per latest AIAG guidelines * Responsible for Calibration of testing & measuring instruments / equipment's * Responsible for customer complaint/ Analysis / warranty complaint and provide corrective action report. * Responsible for Implementing Kaizen improvement activities within the organization. * Responsible for supplier improvements on various aspects of Quality function. * Responsible for conducting customer assessment audits, identifying areas of improvements & taking steps to correct & prevent further occurrence of repeated issues. * Responsible for Effective in coordinating with internal department, process developments, technical evaluations to achieve operational excellence at the lowest overall cost. * Responsible for product change management system. Candidate- B.Tech in Mechanical with min 15 years experience in a modern Plant in plastics components manufacturing working for Auto sector. * Awareness of QMS & EMS documentation * Knowledge and hands on experience on Root Cause Identification & Counter measure actions. * Thorough knowledge on problem solving tools & techniques. * Must be conversant with testing documents * Good Communication and presentation skill.
