Specification : - Managing the Top line of the organization. - Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals and developing processes to create an effective sales organization. - Steering business growth in terms of value, volume and market share. - Leading a team of people including Sales Vertical (RSM, ASM's and MR's). - Distribution & Supply Chain Vertical and Marketing & Sell Out Vertical . - Launching customized trade programs like Signature scheme for Top dealers & UNNATI for small value dealers. - Executing strategic planning for deployment of retail elements like Shop-In-Shop, Live demos, ISBs & manpower at Key stores. - Creating innovative ways of new product launches to ensure best extraction & gain share. - Developing price band wise action plans basis GFK analysis to gain
