Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER BENIN 8+ years experience Roles and Responsibilities 1. Business Planning and budgeting for effective financial management of the organization, to achieve its corporate objectives. 2. Preparing annual budgets for operations, and periodical forecasts exercising budgetary control and managing the working capital. 3. Implementation of financial policies and effective implementation and monitoring Corporate Governance self-assessment. 4. Skilled in qualitative & quantitative cost/data analysis to facilitate cost control measures. 5. Ability to provide ongoing forecasting and projection of finances to aid business development, growth and clear decision making. 6. Working Capital Analysis. 7. Gross Margin Analysis 8. Preparation of feasibility report. 9. Monitoring internal controls. 10. Proficient in restructuring systems & procedures to enhance the existing business model to design a profitable business model. 11. High level of collaboration, maturity & interpersonal skills. Desired Candidate Profile · Candidate should be CA , CMA ,CFA or ACCA · Experience in financial management, budgeting & forecasting. · Good Analytical skills. · Good Communication skills. · Excellent interpersonal skills. · Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
