Job Description : COMMERCIAL HEAD NIGERIA FOR PLANT OPERATIONS ( IRON/STEEL and PAPER) You would be required to provide leadership to his team in the area of Supply Chain Management, Purchase functions, Logistics, Project Planning, Warehouse Management, Banking and licensing, Customer Relation Management and Risk Management. You should have good Negotiation Skills, Vendor Management and Contract Management, ability to scan the environment and use it favorably in the interest of the organization and contribute to its sustainability. It would be an added feature if he has experience of overseeing projects from inception to completion and has managed the cross functional team with variety of skills and experience. Skills · Proven leadership and management skills · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Excellent project management skills · Ability to delegate tasks and supervise others · Extraordinary multitasking abilities and attention to detail Desired Candidate Profile Candidate should be Graduate/Post Graduate. Engineering background and Managerial qualification will be desirable. Should have experience of overseeing projects from inception to completion and managing cross functional team with variety of skills and experience. Experience around 10-15 years, significant contribution in commercial functions.
