Job Description : VP Operation (Projects Head) EPC- Solar Business Qualifications: BE Electrical Exp: 20 Years+ Position description: Lead overall organizational efforts towards Project Management and Execution. This shall be achieved through developing and implementing effective processes and practices. Primary Responsibilities: Direct all aspects of large complex Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) projects, including risk to cost, schedule and quality Responsible for the overall execution of construction scope in the areas of performance, financial metrics, planning, schedule, quality, contractual compliance, safety, and client satisfaction Responsibility for Leadership, Profit & Loss and budget for division Manage and lead teams of multi-discipline professionals and integrate activities associated with the construction and startup elements Lead, direct, coordinate, and exercise functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of all Engineering project(s). Strategic development and road mapping of product portfolio, product life-cycle management and operations Demonstrated experience in project execution: Managing change and risks on scope, cost, schedule, quality, and safety based on available resources and client requirements.
