Job Description : GM SALES INDIA FOR FOOD/NUTS/CHOCOLATES Qualifications: Full Time MBA Topline Sales Volume: 200 to 400 Crores Offer Annual CTC: Rs.35 LPA to Rs.45 LPA Mandatory work experience of 10 to 20 years in product categories like Chocolates, Nuts, Spices, Confectionery, etc. PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION The incumbent will be responsible for category management and primarily responsible for increasing sales and profitability of the business to drive sustainable growth. To have extensive experience in understanding consumer needs and the retail environment. They must have a commercial mindset and full comprehension of marketing and sales principles. JOB PROFILE : 1. Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends 2. Devise long-term development strategies for product categories 3. Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products 4. Foster trust relationships with vendors to achieve better pricing and quality of services 5. Place appropriate orders to ensure product availability that meets consumer demands 6. Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility 7. Liaise with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category 8. Collaborate with buyers and merchandisers to expand product categories 9. Make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory 10. Assume responsibility of budget development and revenue for the category KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Achievement of revenue (Volume. Value and Product mix) and profitability targets (Operating margins, Assets Efficiency, ROCE, ROS, PBT, etc.). 2. Development, coordination and implementation of strategies and action plans for New Business opportunities with Sales (Retail, Modern Trade, Institutional Sales, Exports) and Marketing (ATL, BTL) 3. Customer satisfaction with respect to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the product and service provided. 4. Employee satisfaction and retention (Employee Turnover %, Team Motivation Index, R&R) including the development of future leaders. 5. Ensure adherence to all certification requirements, statutory and Regulatory requirements, Legal requirements (all Corporate Governance Compliances). 6. Ensuring Work Culture which inculcates right Business ethics, team working, high performance culture. 7. Brand building of the Company Business.
