Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER VIETNAM FOR PACKAGING You will build operation system for packaging section, ensure production productivity, ensure quality of products during manufacture processing and conduct training and instruction manpower for production To build operation system for packaging section (30%) Building internal activities rules Building operation process for all production steps Building human resource control system in production Section Arrange manpower to ensure machinery works as planned Ensure production productivity Ensure production productivity (30%) Ensure delivery on schedule Monitoring to track of all the stages of operations that reach the set productivity Monitor the status of the machine running smoothly, reducing downtime Encourage and motivate employees to follow the process and reduce downtime cause by quality issue Ensure quality of products during manufacture processing (20%) Ensure quality in each of production stages Reduce waste at each of production stages to achieve the target To join handle with staff when happening quality problems To give out solutions when happening quality problems Training and instruction manpower for production (20%) Assess performance of staffs in the working process Training, instruction for the staff so ensure required performance of each position Supporting staffs to build soft skills in the working process Instructed direct for staffs about professional knowledge if any Make the training plan and train manpower for production Good communication & presentation Problem solving & decision making skill Analysis & reporting skill Data management Time management Conflict resolution skill Training – coaching ability Leadership Teamwork Delegation
