Job Description : SVP FINANCE MALAYSIA SVP - Finance to lead its funding and corporate development activities. In this job, you will be working closely with the CEO and contribute to providing reports and studies, in the decision making of the group. Due to the company’s business growth, they are seeking for a leader who is an expert in fundraising, investor relations and corporate development. Preparing and analysing financial models and feasibility studies for senior management for business decision making Preparing and forecasting cash flow projections, and analysing actual project cost incurred vs budgeted cost Assisting in bank loan applications and yearly review for existing loans Liaising with bankers, auditors, tax agents and any other statutory/authority bodies Supporting the CEO with fundraising and investor relations, playing a key role in the due diligence planning, preparation, and coordination process To succeed in this SVP - Finance role, you must possess at least 15 years of relevant work experience in finance with most of the time spent in fundraising. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance Professional qualifications is an advantage (CFA, ACCA, CPA, etc.) Able to work well across different departments and have excellent stakeholder engagement Able to work under pressure, driven and analytical Strong negotiation skills and has the hunger to learn
