Job Description : PLANNING MANAGER KENYA The Ideal candidate should be able to: ? Analyze the factory’s cost and quantity of the merchandise to be produced to meet the said cost in coordination with I.E Department. ? Control the CM of the factory by implementing proper manpower and machineries with the help of IE Department. ? Allocation of production based on different types of fabrics and styling, an individual factory can handle in terms of complexities. ? Generalize the capacity of individual factory and monitor that it should be utilize completely. ? Supervising the information and material flow from individual department on regular basis. ? Implementation of proper system in Production & Planning. ? Developing outsourcing unit for Production, Embroidery, Printing for Exports and Domestic Production. ? Category wise allocation of plan suiting to requirements of Retail Showrooms. ? Order Booking, Planning, Scheduling and Distribution. ? Implementing Systems to make sure that T&A are followed strictly by individual merchant’s fabric and stores sourcing department. ? Supervising the fabric and trims flow and procurement plan on regular basis to avoid last minute surprises. ? Implementation of process plan Embroidery, Printing, Washing and Coordinating with said department head for smooth flow of process. ? Monitoring the shipping schedule as per Target Value. ? Keeping track of the shipping in terms of Quantity and Value. (Informing Export Department Monetary - value of goods buyer wise which will be shipped in the given month.) Good in English Communication Skills and a Computer savvy are also required. The ideal candidate should have minimum 10+ years of experience in reputed garment manufacturing and exporting units. Educational Qualification: Bachelors / Masters degree The salary budget for this position is USD 2000 plus accommodation & other benefits.
