Job Description : CEO/President Tech Location: Bhillai (DURG) Industry: Heavy Engineering/Fabrication/Machining Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Mechanical or Equivalent JD: 1. Should bring atleast 25 years of Equipment Manufacturing background. 2. Must have atleast 3-5 years of experience heading a workshop 2. Should have exposure to QMS such as ISO 9001, EHS 14001, 45001, API Q1, etc 3. Can coach/mentor and groom the entire team. 4. Continually plan ways to increase the company's profitability, productivity and stay on top of continual improvement process. 5. Develop long term and short term strategic plan for providing technical support across the organization and to custimer base 6. Exposure to ERP systems/ tools & MIS reports is a must.
