Audit Manager

Job Description : Audit Manager" for the leading MNC Group. Job Location : FIJI Experience : Minimum of 10 years in Audit and 5 years’ managerial experience Qualification : Qualified CA or ACCA , or CPA Australia Job Responsbilites: 1.Conduct audit assignments in line with the Internal Audit Plan and within the budgeted time, adopting the audit methodology and appropriate audit techniques. 2. Determine scope of audit review in conjunction with the audit committee. 3.Conducting process of risk assessment, process walk through, collection of audit sample, performance of audit tests and documentation. 4.Develop accurate business process narratives/flowcharts, for area under review. 5.Evaluate existing internal control documentation, test current processes and procedures. 6.Identify reportable issues and provide recommendation. Communicate findings to management and draft a comprehensive report of the audited area. 7.Perform ongoing follow-up action plan implementation and timeliness for remedial actions. 8.Be ready to take on additional projects and to identify and pursue on-going process improvements. 10.Support continuous improvement of internal audit practices and tools.
