Job Description : EXPAT GM MALAWI international Agri / Chemical company who are looking to employ an experienced General Manager to manage their operations in Malawi. Responsibility for Strategy, P&L, Plant, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Growth and ROI. This is a senior role, member of the group Exco, reporting to the group CEO. · Relevant 3+ year Degree · 18+ years experience in commodity trading across the region · Commercially astute · Previous experience in a GM role in Sub-Saharan Africa (excluding South Africa) managing P&L and operations · Experience in building relationships with government and corporates
