Job Description : CEO DUBAI, UAE Salary: 100kAED + P/Month a multi-divisional International Group specialising in consulting, technology, financial services and real estate. Position Summary In order to achieve the strategic objectives, the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) will form part of the Executive Management team and will be one of the highest-ranking executives within the business. You must provide inspirational leadership, visible and innovative enterprises as well as forging long-lasting and hardy business relationships with Tech firms globally. This will involve identifying target customers; establishing pricing; managing execution of sales strategy; and refining the earned revenue model. The CBDO is also responsible for managing the sales and relationship management staff. The CBDO will be responsible for some of the Group's most visible and innovative enterprises. He or she will be responsible for leading our Business Development team and continuing to strengthen the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation at the highest level. Key Responsibilities · In order to achieve our strategic objectives, the incumbent will; · Lead high-level design and implementation of a comprehensive and all-encompassing business development strategy, with a pragmatic, yet dynamic emphasis on creating long-term relationships that will drive revenue into the Group · Drive the development of existing and new relationships, ensuring all-encompassing needs are met and they are engaged at the highest-level · Take pride in building relationships which result in support for existing and innovative programs. · Create an environment of accountability, determination, professional growth and high performance. · Leverage the time and effort the Chairman and Board of Directors' in identifying and implementing ways to enlist and motivate them to facilitate prospect introductions, attend meetings, and participate in other business development activities as required · Work collegiately across the organization to solicit and coordinate the participation of the program, finance, and operations function in partnership activities. · Participate in promoting an organizational culture that values long-term strategic thinking, creativity/innovation, and high performance. · Represent the Group at industry conferences, meetings, and speaking engagements as required. Qualifications At least 15 years of business development experience including demonstrated success in business to business sales, especially across the Technology and Innovation landscape forging strategic partnerships that have resulted in significant contributibution to revenue and profit generation Ability to innovate, develop new strategies, and drive creativity and inventiveness within the organization’s business development and fundraising strategies. Proven relationship building, with the ability to represent the organization passionately to customers, as well as listen and respond to the interests of a variety of stakeholders. Strong staff management skills, with the ability to foster a sense of team accountability and high performance. Proven success of thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and collaborative environment, as well as an interest in advancing the organization’s culture to be even more strategic, innovative, and high- performing.
