Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD DUBAI UAE a leading Indian CA firm, of 40 years standing which. plans to set up a corporate tax practice in the UAE. They are seeking to hire a Partner & Business Head to lead the practice based in Dubai. a staff strength in excess of 180, presence in 5 offices across India with a strong income tax and GST practice. The role has Revenue and P & L responsibility for the business. The Partner would be supported with a team in Dubai initially of 4 to 5 professionals before being expanded to a size of around 10. This is an excellent opportunity for realizing your aspirations to independently run a professional practice in a growth practice, which will assume increasing importance in the region. You will be completely supported with the setting up of the office and the complete expenses of running the business operations with a fixed compensation and profit sharing (reflecting your equity share in the business.) An ideal candidate should have: CA with 15+ years of experience. Should have experience working with leading Audit & Consulting firms in UAE. Strong business relationships with senior stakeholders in corporates and demonstrated ability to bring in new business.
