Human Resources Director

Job Description : APAC HR DIRECTOR OUT OF SINGAPORE a global market leader in the industrial sector. Headquartered in Europe, this prominent MNC has grown successfully through acquisitions and continued to have an expanding trajectory across the region. Due to talent mobility, the leadership team has a position available for an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead their APAC operations. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Human Resources, this is a key leadership role which will lead a team of direct and indirect reports across different sites in Asia region, interacting directly with Regional President and the business stakeholders on full spectrum of HR strategy, including introducing and reviewing of HR best practices in talent management, total rewards, talent attraction, union policy, as well as operational excellence such as on payroll and HR processes relating to employee life cycle. The overarching goal is to elevate Human Resources to a strategic partnering function to support the success of business goals at the commercial and sites in this region. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 25 years of full spectrum of HR experiences, from manufacturing or industrial background, well-versed with union and employee relations, and familiar with working in a matrix and international MNC, interacting with diverse group of employees from executive team to unionized members. You will have the intellectual power to provide commercial focused HR solutions that align Human Resources best practices to broader enterprise goals.
