Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO THAILAND One of leading digital infrastructure company which focuses on digital asset exchange business and cryptocurrency exchange (Top Tier Fintech) is looking for a CFO - Head of Finance & Accounting (x1 vacancy). In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the updated accounting standard and finance of the new fintech business, delivering the highest quality of finance & accounting method, principles and policies. You will also take the lead of pilot team providing direction to all accounting and financial matters including FP&A , finance strategy, Reporting or accounting related activities. You will be working in the pilot team ready for the SEC license activated. You will enjoy performance bonus and provident fund for this role. Ensuring the accuracy of financial control outputs and processes comply with finance policies and procedures covering the Thailand markets General controlling and accounting oversight for regional transactions Coordinating intercompany transactions, and consolidation for financial accounts and statements B/S reviewing and analysing at the account level to ensure the financial are in compliance with local and IFRS requirements Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets for the region Monitoring compliance with management policies Providing support on license applications and regulatory reporting Monitoring adequacy of funds for the region Supporting annual tax and financial audits Building and maintaining strong relationships with key business and finance partners Challenging and supporting in terms of efficiency and performance in line with the overall strategy and objectives, consistently striving to maximise the added value in order to improve the business performance in the region Driving synergies and constantly prioritising the efforts based on risk and value creation within the region Minimum 15 years’ experience in finance and accounting Having CPA certified Working experience related to SEC regulator Experience working fintech industry , financial services Familiar with local laws and tax regulations Strong finance-based analytical skills Valuation background and experience are preferable Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with senior management Having experience in managing investors and external stakeholders Proficiency in English
