Job Description : REGIONAL CFO FOR LATAM OUT OF CHILE Regional Chief Financial Officer for a multinational company leader in the fashion industry. The new CFO will be responsible to lead all finacial areas for Latin American region. Skills required and Responsibilities: Tenure: 30 years in finance our of which 15-20 years in finance leadership roles including head of finance for a country operation and ideally for more than one market Business model: Public company as well as family or privately owned, private equity. Multi-brand, multi-channel. Category: Preferably in footwear, apparel, accessories but FMCG experience also acceptable Channels: Omnichannel experience with focus on retail, ecommerce, and wholesale Language: Spanish & English Behaviors: Strong commercial orientation, collaborative, entrepreneurial, action oriented with the experience to be a strategic and governance partner to the President of LATAM. Demonstrated ability to manage complexity.
