Job Description : HR Manager - Brazil, Pharma Giant. The ideal profile requires: - Mature HR Executive multi-talented and hands on able to leverage and support HR Operations and also support the executive team - Knowledgeable in Talent Management, Employment relations, company culture implementation, experience in metrics and analysis and employer branding - Persuasive Professional to establish regular report and to support stakeholder s & management and also help the alignment between the HQ and local BU - Previous experience in Multinational Matrix Organization and desirable experience in start up or expansions - Fluent English and Portugese. Spanish is not mandatory but an advantage.
