Job Description : Production Head for plastic Industry PERU SOUTH AMERICA Strong experience on Injection, Blow Moulding machines and IBM. Exp – 10+ years with minimum 3+ years as plant manager The PM should have worked in industry with over 100+ manpower and 20+ machines. All plastic related technologies The Factory Manager role is a senior level role responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the factory . The overall objective is to implement and maintain proper systems and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the factory with zero downtime, while maintaining overall quality and efficiency standards and managing employee and stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities: 1.Manage overall operations at factory including production, maintenance, quality and safety control and general administrative duties. 2.Proactively handle any production related concerns to ensure zero downtime at the factory. 3.Ensure production and quality control targets are consistently met. 4.Implement best practices and SOPs to ensure smooth functioning of various factory departments. 5.Manage production schedule and worker schedules
