Job Description : Dy.Manager-Estimation & Budgeting (Mechanical Projects) for EPC company Qualification : B.E./B.Tech/Diploma - Mechanical Experience : 15 Years Salary : As per industry norms. Work Location : Central Africa. Job Profile : · Experience in budgeting and proposal of mineral processing equipment’s, plant, SMPP Works etc. · Accountable for accurate estimation and proposal delivery on time. · Organizes and holds the bid/tender kick-off meeting. · Coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications. · Identifies the pre-bid agreements to be completed. · Organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering/bidding activities and contract review. · Vendor Registration with clients, Pre-qualification process. · Preparation & Submission of expression of Interest, Qualification Requirement · On receiving tender, checking qualification requirement, preparation of tender synopsis. · Point of contact with marketing department for submission of queries, pre-bid/post-bid meetings. · Preparation and timely submission of all comprehensive techno-commercial bid to client/consultants. · Ability to work with cross-functional teams and part of important projects. · Prepares the bidding documents and proposal documents. · Able to Abstract BOQ/BOM from constructional drawings. · Developing the estimation tools and library.
