Job Description : MINING PLANNING MANAGER DRC 18+ years experience In-depth knowledge of the scope of projects (SMPP) within the industry. 2. Advanced proficiency in project scheduling in MS Projects. 3. Advanced ability to evaluate project progress and facilitate interventions. 4. Good multidiscipline knowledge, good knowledge of project lifecycle, experienced in setting detailed multidisciplinary project/construction schedule including resourcing. 5. Must be able to setup and manage multiple project schedules. 6. Collect and analyse data, determine staffing needs and supplies, collaborate with project managers, monitor progress on projects & prepare summary reports. 7. Consulting with project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks. 8. Developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective scheduling management system. 9. Coordinating project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders. 10. Monitoring project timelines and deadlines. 11. Identifying potential project schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timeous manner. 12. Evaluating performance and preparing project progress reports. 13. Accommodating updates and changes to project schedules. 14. Recommending actions to keep projects within budget, and completed on time. 15. Documenting project scheduling processes and maintaining records. 16. Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
